I find many solutions:
- http://www.iconj.com - very nice portal - but i can't make transparent favicom
- Use some of my hosts, but it's good only for those who has some host, and if that, than why use blogger.com, better build on your own - so it is bad solution.
- base64 - this solution i haven't test yet, but think to build some server side code (on php or Ruby) to decode/encode some pictures, also I don't know how its works with .ico formats. And what the point load many icons for oldIE, animated, static, etc for each cases.
- Finely I find some free hosts where i plane to build some extensions for online blog systems, where you will able to create everything what u need for your blog.
- favicon
- anonymous mail-send
- something else - at now I haven't thought what more blogger can need
So about Favico - for now I'll stay with first solution use http://www.iconj.com.
And between to change some favicon for your blog, Add something similar to those lines:
<link href='http://www.iconj.com/favicon.php?user=justgook' rel='shortcut icon' type='image/x-icon'/>
<link href='http://www.iconj.com/favicon2.php?user=justgook' rel='icon' type='image/gif'/>
